Skills – 1) To operationally manage the support center to ensure the service provided is efficient, effective and meets the needs of service users of Mobien Applications suite. 2) Should have worked with MNC clients with previous exposure to software / application support OR BPO experience. 3) To ensure excellence in customer services through effective performance management of the front-line staff. 4) Implement strategies within the support center and customer sites to support delivery of excellent service to customers. 5) To maximize the performance of the out of hours teams against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through effective real-time management.
Skills – 1) OSI PI implementation, PI SDK, Webparts, PI Asset Framework, Network communications, Maintenance and Troubleshooting OSI PI systems, Good understanding of OPC, RDBMS etc. 2) Experience in implementing OSI PI in process industries. 3) Responsible for end to end OSI PI implementation at customer sites – Includes design of network architecture to implement OSI PI system, Configuration of Firewalls, Understanding customer requirements.
